1) Overview

myQuizzle is a daily trivia experience available on our website and via optional iFrame embed (“Service”). These Terms govern your use of the Service.

2) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your location) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

4) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

5) Use of the Service

- If you embed the Service, you must implement it in line with our published embed guidance and honor our branding and postMessage integration.

We do not require accounts. A pseudonymous device ID stored in your browser may be used to maintain streaks and stats. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

7) Content and IP

All quiz content, design, and code are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without permission.

8) Your submissions

You own your quiz answers and any feedback you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and analyze your submissions to operate, improve, and secure the Service. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information.

9) Third-party services

The Service may link to or interoperate with third parties (e.g., social sharing destinations). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

10) Availability and modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or changes.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
